3.1 Late Payments
Late payments may result in the suspension of services until dues are cleared. A late fee may also be applied as specified in the contract.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
4.1 Rescheduling
We strive to accommodate rescheduling requests at your convenience. However, availability cannot always be guaranteed.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing access to the property during scheduled service times.
- Ensuring that pets are secured and pose no safety hazards.
- Informing Gardener Battersea of any specific requirements or concerns related to the garden.
5.1 Property Condition
Gardener Battersea is not liable for pre-existing conditions of the garden or property. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any known issues.
6. Liability
While we take all necessary precautions, Gardener Battersea is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
6.1 Insurance
Gardener Battersea maintains appropriate insurance coverage to protect against potential liabilities during service delivery.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or other agreed communication methods.
7.1 Acceptance of Changes
Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

We encourage clients to reach out to us directly to resolve any disputes amicably before seeking legal remedies.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the contract. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

Termination does not absolve the client from paying for services already rendered or any applicable fees.

12. Force Majeure
Gardener Battersea is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, or other unforeseen events.

In the event of a force majeure, we will notify clients as soon as possible and discuss alternative arrangements.
13. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, along with any service contracts, constitute the entire agreement between Gardener Battersea and the client, superseding all prior agreements or understandings.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
14. Amendments
Any amendments to the service agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be considered valid.
